Drop-In Yoga Classes In Rishikesh India

Yoga is being practiced for many millennia in India and has been part of Indian traditions for forever. As you are aware that Rishikesh is the world capital of yoga and Rishikesh has been the destination to learn yoga for yoga enthusiasts from every corner of the world.

If you are a beginner and want to learn yoga or you are a regular practitioner and want to maintain practice along with deepening your knowledge while enjoying your stay in Rishikesh, our drop in classes are the best opportunity for you.

Our drop-in classes are equally suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners also. While the beginners can put the strong foundation and the intermediate and advance practitioners deepen their knowledge with the help of correct alignment and adjustment techniques, pranayamas and meditation.

Our drop-in class starts with mantra chanting to feel the peace, calmness and tranquility, followed by stretching exercises to open and warm your body, sun salutations, asanas, alignment and adjustment, pranayamas (breathing techniques) and ends with relaxation techniques. You get the glimpse of yoga as a complete practice in our drop-in class and get the opportunity to understand yoga as a complete practice, not just as a physical exercise.

Time Schedule

Morning - 8.00 A.M. - 9.30 A.M.
Evening - 5.00 P.M. - 6.30 P.M.

Meditation: As a service to our yoga community, we offer meditation class with Amit on donation basis in the evening 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
